
ARTICLE 1 :
Air France, a limited company with capital of 1,901,231,625 euros, with its head office at 45, rue de Paris - 95747 ROISSY CDG, registered in the Bobigny Trade Register under the number 420 495 178, is organizing a competition which is free and entails no obligation to purchase, accessed via e-mail, from 16 October 2006 toending at midnight on 12 November 2006 inclusive. Entries received after the closing date will be disqualified.
ARTICLE 2 :
Participation in the contest is free and entails no commitment to purchase or any other kind of obligation. The contest is open to all residents aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. No person who has contributed either directly or indirectly to setting up the contest may participate; also excluded are their families (same surname, same postal address).
ARTICLE 3 :
To participate in the contest, the player must write and submit subtitles to their choice of Bollywood movie selected from those available on the website. Air France accepts no responsibility for entries lost or delayed. By providing an email address, all players agree that Air France may send special offers, marketing and other information and communications from time to time by email on the basis of the Policy on Privacy and Data Protection. Players may unsubscribe at any time, and entry to the Competition is not conditional on remaining a subscriber.
ARTICLE 4 :
There will be one prize fund for travel agents, and one prize fund for members of the public, and winners in each category will be chosen from all the entries received. The prize funds for each group will be distributed in the order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd according to the three (3) entries that receive the most votes during the competition period. Entry is limited to one entry per person (same name, same email address).
ARTICLE 5 :
Air France reserves the right to exclude from the competition any incomplete entries as well as those presenting an anomaly or that are deemed offensive.
ARTICLE 6 :
The prize allocations will take place on or before 20 November 2006, in the buildings of Air France, Plesman House, Cains Lane, Bedfont, Middlesex TW14 9RL, UK.
ARTICLE 7 :
There will be one prize fund for travel agents, and one prize fund for members of the public. Each prize fund consists of:
1st prize: One pair (2 tickets) round-trip airline tickets from the United Kingdom to the winner.s choice of Air France destination in India (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai), travelling via Paris CDG. Both tickets must be booked and used on the same flights. The prize is valued at 934 euros HT in the UK with travel in Tempo (Economy) cabin, and is subject to availability.
2nd prize: One pair (2 tickets) round-trip airline tickets from the United Kingdom to Paris. Both tickets must be booked and used on the same flights. The prize is valued at 150 euros HT in the UK with travel in Tempo (Economy) cabin, and is subject to availability.
3rd prize: 50 worth of Marks & Spencer.s vouchers.
All flight tickets must be issued before 30 June 2007 and return travel completed before 16 December 2007, failing this, the tickets will be lost. The prizewinner must be one of the passengers flying and may choose the accompanying passenger. Both travellers must fly on the same outward and return flights.
Air France is only responsible for supplying the air tickets; all other expenses, including all airport transfers, visa, passport charges, surcharges, insurance requirements, applicable airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the prize-winner. No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made or the tickets issued. Winning tickets are excluded from the Flying Blue programme. Winners who are members of this programme, including those who accompany them, may not accrue Miles for the prize flights. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value. Prize winners shall abide by and be subject to Air France.s Conditions of Carriage which are available at the Air France website.
ARTICLE 8 :
In the event of force majeure or incidents beyond our control, Air France reserves the right to replace the tickets won with a prize of equivalent or higher value.
ARTICLE 9 :
The winners will be informed by email, and will receive instructions on how to claim the flights or vouchers. Prizewinners are required to accept their Prize by email or letter within 7 days of notification.
ARTICLE 10 :
The winners authorize Air France to use their first names, surnames and addresses as well as their voices and photographs for publicity purposes, with no restrictions or reservations, and shall not be entitled to any remuneration, rights or benefit whatsoever other than the prize attributed to them. However, winners who do not wish their name, address or photograph to be used for such publicity purposes must state this in writing in a letter addressed to Air France Marketing, Plesman House, Cains Lane, Bedfont, Middlesex, TW14 9RL before 1 November 2006.
ARTICLE 11 :
The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Any prizes not accepted by 30 June 2007 will not be distributed.
ARTICLE 12 :
Air France reserves the right to cut short, prolong, modify or cancel the drawing of prizes if the circumstances require. Air France is released from any responsibility in the event of total cancellation of the prize draw, and may not be held liable for any consequences.
ARTICLE 13 :
The names registered for this contest are dealt with in accordance with the act of 6 January 1978, known as the "Data Protection Act." Participants are informed that to be eligible to play, they are required to give their names. These names can also be communicated to third parties. All contest participants have the right to access and rectify the information concerning them, in application of article 27 of the said act. All requests for access, rectification or opposition must be sent by post to the following game address: Air France, Plesman House, Cains Lane, Bedfont, Middlesex TW14 9RL.
ARTICLE 14 :
Participation in the contest is considered to imply complete acceptance of the present rules.
